Change

We just had a change in our ward boundaries and got a new Bishopric. I have to admit that at first I was a little worried. That day I felt like it was Christmas morning I had no clue what or who would be the changes. I was excited. I think that I am ready for a change and to see new growth. It is funny to be writting this post today. Because it is snowing outside and very cold and windy. So I could not take pictures of my budding plants. That I am so excited that have come back. I am excited to get to know more people. I am sad at the same time. There were some great people that we lost. But I know that I will get to see and associate with.

I know that with this change we will have growth and I need to grow. And I know that this is a change it is not the hardest change of my life . There have been other changes in my life that have been so hard. But it time I go through a change I see that it has been for my good and that I know who I can rely on.

I know that we can bloom and come to our full potential and that this change can bring forth new growth. Our Stake President asked that we read Mosiah 18 with our families and then again read with your family on Monday for FHE. I just loved verse 21 It says " And he commanded them that there should be not contention one with another, but that they should look forward with one eye,having one faith and one baptism, having their hearts knit together in unity and in love one towards another." I love this and this is what we are going to do as a family. We are going put are arms around them and serve them and show them that we love them and are happy they are with us. We are going to forgive those that have offened us and go forward with them from this day forward. Always trying to do our best. And bloom were we are planted.

Science Fair

Jacob did his project on Paper Airplanes. He loved getting to work with his Dad. He got an honorable mention. He was excited about that.
Drew had to do the science fair or do a report. He did it on one of his favorite subjects cereal. I think the idea came from all the bowls seeing Emma bowl of cereal that became soggy.

Drew working on his project. He waited to 10, 15 and 30 minutes to see which cereal would hold up. He enlisted his Dad to help him out. They had a good time working on this project. And I think some eating went along with this.

Jacob 1st Wrestling meet

Jacob had a 3way tie for 3rd

He worked so hard he was so red when he got done.

Drew decided that it would be fun to join the cedar wrestling team camp. I did not want to do this because he was still doing basketball. But J said it would be fun for him. It made it me crazy the first couple of weeks. But Jacob went to see Drew and said I want to do this to. I thought they would be doing practise at the same time. But not so lucky Jacob goes and hour before Drew goes an hour later. Jacob decided that he wanted to be in the wrestling match that was at Cedar. He was so excited. He did a great job. You have to be so strong to do wrestling. And it makes him very tired.
