Merry Christmas

These were are opening Christmas Eve present

Which we love always having new p.J's to wear.

Emma loved her gifts from Santa a new purse, just dance 3,

a coat and some pants.

Jacob loves his sole skate and his pogo stick.

Jacob got a photo book all about his baptism.

Mom loves her blanket from Nana.

The boys love their new Hess trucks. This is 

always a favorite gift.

Dad was quite surprised about his new hd t.v.

This year Christmas landed on Sunday so Emma, Drew and Jonathan

went to church. They said it was a great service. Jacob coughed all 

night so he and I stayed home and we made breakfast and then we opened

the other presents when everyone got home. We had a great Christmas.

I see clearly now

We went to a new eye Dr. in town and Emma went from having glasses to having contacts. It took her many tries but she was able to get them in. She has lost one and now she is a pro and she just loves them. She was so funny when she got them in for the first time she said " I can See" about 10 times it was so funny.

We found out Drew needs glasses for the chalkboard. So he was measured for glasses. He likes them a little. It is hard to just only wear glasses for a little bit. So he is not quite used to them.

But he choose a really great pair. So maybe now we can see a little bit more clearly.

Happy Ground Hog day

Thanks to Mrs. Comstock I got this cool Groundhog hat.

Do you know what it is made out of off.

The green is to represent grass and the jimmies are dirt.

You have to have fresh orange julius to go with it.

Since this is J favorite crazy event. We thought we would have a few monuments for it. Since we had piano, early out, Jacob going to singing practise to get ready for it's great to be 8. And Emma had New Beginning. Well last year I made a Ground hog meatloaf. So this year I made something different. Just in a mood to make something different to surprise everyone. And it did and they ate it up and we had a great time. Laughing. I got my idea from gourmetmom. She has great ideas on her blog.

Jonathan & Leah

It was so great to see all of Jonathan's family. We got to see lots of family. I love the Holidays getting to see family is so very important. Little Leah reminds me so much like Emma when she was that age.

More of Emma's Birthday

We had a way fun family party for Emma. We had a good time. Talking about the Biggest Looser. And Jessie even got to meet Flippee the Tongans and we all said Tara has worked very hard. Emma got money from Grandma Great. That makes her very happy. We also got out the Nerf guns. And Hillary taught us a New game. We all had a great time. It is so much fun to have family around. So Thanks everyone for sending Emma love and calling her and wishing her a Happy Birthday. Her achievement day Leaders brought over yummy sugar cookies. Which are Emma's Favorite cookie.

Great Family and Great in-laws

We are so lucky to have great family.
Is helping with Melanie and Jenny& Mike are in Germany. Which I am so jealous. I would love to go on vacation.
